Supplement:

• Double room - use single + 50%

Child reductions: (in additional bed in parents’ room)

• Infants up to age 2 € 20,00 - per day
• From age 2 to 6 -50% - reduction
• From age 7 to 11 -30% - reduction
• From age 12 - 10% - reduction

Arrival and departure:

On the day of arrival, your room is available from 3 p.m. (t 15.00). On the day of departure, we would ask you to leave your room not later than 10 a.m. (t 10.00).

Booking confirmation:

We would ask you to send us your written reservation (booking), as well as a deposit of Euro 500,00.- per room within the next 15 days. The deposit can be made by bank transfer (IBAN Nr. IT81G0604558550000000072000 - SWIFT Nr. CRBZIT2B071) or credit card, by contacting us Tel. 0039/474/501001.

• In case of cancellation between 30 and 20 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking price.
• In case of cancellation between 20 and 10 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 60% of the total booking price.
• In case of cancellation between 10 and 3 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 80% of the total booking price.
• In case of cancellation within the last 3 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking price.
• In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total booking price will be charged.

Local tax

Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
